Everyone says that enzmes lower activation energy can you tell how enzyme lower it?

<p style=”text-align: left;”>As we know that activation energy is that energy required to start a chemical ¬†reaction. If enzymes are not present then we need too much energy to proceed a chemical reaction but when we have enzymes we do not need to give free energy to start a reaction so they lower the activation energy………………………….</p>
