This video lecture from Reaction Kinetics  (F.Sc. first year Chemistry) covers the chemical method to determine the rate of a reaction. In the chemical method, essentially a solution of acidic or basic nature is involved either in reactants or the products. At various time instants, the reaction is ceased and the concentration of acid or base is determined using titration. Changes in concentration help to determine the rates at various instants.
